Christmas Cupcakes!

One of our favorite family Christmas traditions is to make a cake and sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. This year, instead of a cake, I decided to make gingerbread cupcakes with ginger cream cheese frosting. My mom asked how I was going to write the words "Happy Birthday Jesus" on cupcakes and Voila!

It's not too late to order your birthday/Christmas cupcakes and cakes for your upcoming get-togethers. Jesus is the reason for the season. Make a cake or order one and make it your family's holiday tradition to sing "Happy Birthday" to our Lord and Savior! Merry Christmas to everyone. May your day be filled with Christ's joy and love!

Two-Tiered Success!

For my most recent cake, I had the wonderful, exciting pleasure of creating a two-tiered cake for Thanksgiving. Like the other 36-serving cake, this tower of all-natural ingredients is enough for those big holiday parties.

This strawberry cake with vanilla and chocolate buttercream frosting featured a combed design on the sides and small shells around the edges. If you would like to have a tiered cake like this for your holiday party, contact me at vincepoff@ymail.com or 612-590-1070. It is $42 for this 36-serving cake. (More for gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty options.)

Children are a blessing from the Lord. Psalm 127:3

What baby shower is complete without a wonderful, all-natural cake to celebrate new life?! This particular cake was also strawberry with vanilla buttercream (definitely a crowd favorite!).

For your next baby shower, don't serve a new mom cake loaded with trans fats, bleached sugar and flour, and artificial ingredients! Give her (and your guests) the healthier option they deserve.
