One of our favorite family Christmas traditions is to make a cake and sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus. This year, instead of a cake, I decided to make gingerbread cupcakes with ginger cream cheese frosting. My mom asked how I was going to write the words "Happy Birthday Jesus" on cupcakes and Voila!It's not too late to order your birthday/Christmas cupcakes and cakes for your upcoming get-togethers. Jesus is the reason for the season. Make a cake or order one and make it your family's holiday tradition to sing "Happy Birthday" to our Lord and Savior! Merry Christmas to everyone.
